Paid over $6 to send a certified letter. The receipt came back with Section B Received by BLANK
and the Section C Date of Delivery blank AND no postmark at all. Go figure. Tried to call the phone number provided and it does not work either.

I have to write a negative review, unfortunately. Although the staff is nice enough, the service for delivery is terrible. This PO is in a rural area where some addresses do not have mail receptacles because the PO doesn't want to drive down a dirt road. Ok, no big issue. I live in the woods for a reason. =-) However, when you have a PO Box, the physical address is supposed to be linked to it. So when packages arrive to be delivered, a not is put in your PO box directing you to come in and pick it up. I've had multiple occasions where I was not notified of deliveries and packages were sent back. Wish I could find a way to make it better. But seems to happen quite a bit, even after I've talked with the staff. As an update...the po finally realized where my package went and it was delovered.
These people are incompetent We have had a USPS P.O. box for years and pay for a address forwarding, without fail almost every time our mail is returned to sender and lost, we get other peoples mail in our box even though we have told them only to put things in our mail with our last name. They are rude when approached about it. I'm almost afraid to get anything in the mail now because i've lost money, presents shipped, and things bought because they're too lazy to do their job or call us when there is a problem. Sometimes mail automatically will send to our old address but it should be automatically forwarded to the P.o. box. since that is what we're PAYING FOR It's not that hard to sort things, learn how to do your job.
I had an issue with the cluster box in my neighborhood, in not being able to get my package for the second day. I called the Post Master and she went out of her way to come over a few minutes after I called. She then retrieved my package for me. I really appreciated this effort on her part. The staff at this location has always been pleasant to deal with also.
